I do not really like air France bcause it has POOR customer service, grumpy french hostesses and stewards with their STUPID FRENCH ATTITUDES, stupid staff for most of them and in regards to safety, I think air france is among the WORST!! MY granddad, who is 78 yo now, usually tarvels with them and keeps TEASING those arrogant french by doing 'pssssssst' or by touching their back and pretending not having done so. well... no commentary, but... it is amusing (to see their reaction) for us!!

Air France, la pire arnaque!! J`ai voyage avec cette compagnie depuis des annees mais ai cesse de le faire depuis 3 ans. La raison: mauvaise qualité du service, personnels peu sympathiques et arrogants, mauvaise nourriture, retards constants et manque de consideration enorme envers les clients et INCOMPETENCE GENERALE. Oui, je paie 100 euros plus cher pr lufthansa ou BA, mais a voir la froideur des équipages français, je préfére payer plus pour éviter la mauvaise éducation de NOUS Français!!!
