285 bus dangerous driving

This 285 bus operated by transdev has a very non professional driver but yet they are getting paid £12-£15 per hour to cut up and shove other road users off the road

Actually it was filmed from above my head by a passenger hence been on the right side dumb ass and earlier that driver was driving half in the bus lane and half in the other lane and as I went past he panicked and shot left but he did not understand his mistake then tried to run me off the road and I was a bus driver 4 eight years and I was never trained to cut up coaches and vans on the road just because u never realised you were driving in two lanes
