@Labiiah Oh, Ok. Also, most Israelis don't pronounce "ayin" correctly (including me). Technically we don't pronounce it correctly, but I just say "ayin" like "alef" like most Israelis because it's easier that way since "ayin" is not the easiest letter to pronounce :)

@Freshoffdahoodbro I'm in France and i know some ashkenazis who dont pronounce ' resh ' as it's meant to be pronounced, they say like a " r " french, like a " het " hebrew or ... a " j" " spanish ... And sometimes in youtube, somes israelis don't pronounce the " ayin" correctly :\ but i dont live in israel ...so...

@Labiiah This is strange, which Israelis pronounce "resh" like "het"? I am Israeli (although not Ashkenazi) and I do not pronounce "resh" like "het", nor do I know any Israeli who does. This is interesting to me because it would be like in English if someone would say the letter "R" like the letter "H" (or something like that).

if only israelian stop pronounciating "resh" as "het" it is ridiculous, why sefaradi are the only ones to know how to pronounce it ??? It is like a spanish " r", that's not difficult ! when i hear israelian speaking, i dont understand NOTHING BECAUSE OF THIS ' resh' said as a 'khaf" or het m!!

I remember this version being played on Israeli radio in the early 90's. Does anyone remember who sang this originally?

I love it... It's so refreshing to see the young people so involved in the spiritual songs of jewish liturgy.
