I'm beginning to agree with you more and more about cacao, Paul. When I first starting using it, it gave me a boost, but now it just saps my energy (can you say adrenal fatigue?). I still have an unfinished bag of it, and I think I use it like you suggested in this video (as a flavoring) until it's gone. Then I'm gonna be crack-ao free. :)
