  • @Sleepyhead54 personlally, i prefer the "chooo choooo" sound effects, gets your muscles pushin dem weights like a choo choo train on a really lovely old track in western boston from the 18th century during winter, whiel you rest in the 1st class cabin up front near the conductor, and chat gentleman topics to other gentlemen as you enjoy your ride in the first class cabi nin winter, whiel yoru pushing weights in 2011 in on the train tracks choo choo

  • @tonikukke ...if you are a chick or a 10 year old boy - do about 20+ reps and then go buy yourself some real weights or go to a proper gym... ...if you are anything else - go to a proper gym...

  • @nirwanaeathell ...no fucking way... ...he doesn't look like he can do 50kg... ...at least not for too many reps... ...it's more likely 50 pounds...

  • dumbless should slightly face each other, thats the thing !

  • @tonikukke use this a rough guide for any lifting: when you can do 3 sets of 15, go up in weight; if you cant do at least 2 sets of 8, move down weight.
