I'm sure it's hard to imagine but having cerebellar hypoplasia makes it difficult for Ainsley to learn many simple motor skills that most of us take for granted such as clapping. Lately she's been clapping every time she does something good or she likes something and all that practice has paid off. Even though she's been clapping for at least a year today was the first time I could actually HEAR a sound because she was able to bring the hands together in a coordinated way with enough force to make a sound. Hooray Ainsley! For more information about Ainsley please see her blog at: http://ainsleyrae.blogspot.com/
