@TheDaydreamingMan no, i only wear elite riot gear and joshua ghram's armor, but im starting a new game but not starting the old world blues dlc.FONVWiki says starting that dlc will cause rep to go down, in my case only ncr went down....but im gonna start a new dlc also because m bored and theres nothing to do

@KineticNK Are you wearing Brotherhood power armor? That can cause the NCR to attack you.

Another thing is this is a confirmed bug. You can just lead the NCR into vault 21 and kill them there, as you won't lose Strip fame or cause the securitirons to attack you.
