Since the dredging season has frozen us out; we decided to give the tailings pile a dig. We setup high bankers, and started to shovel. Worked for about an hour, then panned to see how the recovery was going.

Not bad for an hour or so... Sure would rather have that 5" Proline setup in the river. (4 months and 20 days from now : )

  • what state is this?

  • Those Keene Highbankers look great, at least you blokes have water - and great to see some shovel action to boot LOL. Some fine panning to finish up with too. Thanks for the post, Happy Prospecting.

Thanks a lot Warren; should have seen the hole I dug for a sample after this one! Wasn't a bad clean out for the day. I was a tired puppy Saturday evening. Just about time for the Infinium... thanks for all the insight by the way. All the best!
