  • all wrong except the thrust....

    the body should twist also the hand to gain momentum of speed which create power and thrust, try twisting ur body and hand more....

    the feet MUST NOT be wide a part (U WILL LOSE UR BALANCE IF U MISS THE HIT or not too powerful enough)....

    and BOTH of UR ARM should synchronize like a Pulley (there should be a Push and a Pull of ur back muscle when striking)...

    HOW COME UR BLACK BELT WATS UR DAN ANYWAY?
