This report takes a look the state of press freedom worldwide. A U.S.media rights group Freedom House has released its new report about media freedom which highlights the grave challenges media is facing throughout the modern world which is equipped with the most sophisticated technology ever imagined but governments and non state actors have also found ways to restrict media around the world. The interviews of Karen Karlekar-the managing editor of World Press Freedom Report 2010 of Freedom House, Frank Smyth from Committee to Protect Journalists and Robert Boorstin-the Public Policy Director at GOOGLE have been interviewed to compile this report.
