  • Correlation does not imply causation. If there is no proposed mechanism for protein somehow lowering testosterone levels, just correlation studies, its nothing to worry about.

  • Any links to the evidence?

  • to boost testosterone levels there is no need to have post or pre workout meals

    which will increase muscle mass faster then protein shakes?? or not
