Three ravens belongs to the very early ballad tradition of the 'trabadour'
It dates back to the 15th century at least in England.The word leman is Old English.

I'm not fond of this, I must admit. Folk songs sung a la 'Show Tunes!'
Not my cup of tea, old boy.
I love the harp as an instrument, but I found this harp to be distracting and strangely at odds with the song and the style.
Nope, not to my taste, but plenty of people seem to be enjoying it
