When I was in Dubai in 2009, I met a guy from Texas who told me that in Los Angeles, there were houses for sale that used to be worth $300,000 - $400,000. At that time they had gone down to $50,000. Oh how I wish I had been in the market.....!!!

If your are wise and have the money it's time to buy property. What's down... has to go up, one day. Give it 4 years and I'm sure you'll triple your money. But, buy with cash... Never buy with money you do not possess..., because then the bank is your partner.

Nothing seems to change. It all comes down to a balance of greed & fear. Remember the Savings & Loan crisis from the 80's? As soon as there's a bit more confidence in the market the roller coaster starts all over again.
But if you looks at the history of the stock market or housing market the overall trends will tell you that it's still a great place to put your money. Just make sure & do your homework before you buy.

the whole philosophy of financial system needs to be revised because The Rothschild System is no goody.

The interesting part is to see where we are a year later. Did all the federal funding get us out of this mess any quicker or have we dug ourselves a deeper hole now? Be prepared for the next wave, the commercial real estate crisis. It's a great time to find deals though. If you really believe that major inflation is about to happen would wouldn't you buy real estate instead of gold? Gold is high. land is low. Buy low & sell high is still the plan right?
