@dazzadidja ok agreed that crimes should be punishable. Historical figures cannot be punished by modern judicial systems (because they have been dead a very long time) , so instead it is history that punishes them forever tarnishing their names and deads. As for modern history, domestic as well as international justice systems (eg ICC) work diligintly to provide justice - therefore all in Aust. have eqaul rights... but crime, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs? DONT DO THEM !! its ur choice not mine.

@dalolman , say what you are saying is this, if you do the wrong thing take the blame, ok then well if the "white" race caused all the problems , drugs, alcohol, homlessness, mass murder and genocide, shouldn't they fix the problems that they have brought here, and it hasn't stopped the problems, they are getting worse, all because ppl like you want to pass the buck and say it happened in tha past but what if the past is still here in the present... think about it..

@dazzadidja PT2. Just because they happen to be Aboriginal is a coincidence - they get treated just like any other criminal or junkie from another ethnicity. Which brings me back to my initial point: If someone gets caught for something they did wrong , then they shouldn't try to blame society, or history, or whatever - they should take it like a man, and be responsible for their own actions just like all of us are (there is ur equality).

@dazzadidja see thats what im talking about, now im not trying to put u on the spot but consider this: Firstly, in your response u flipped the emphasis on other social groups where in fact they dont factor into this debate at all. Secondly, ur request for justice and equal rights is clearly based on ur belief that u dont already have them - which is simply incorrect. I see prejudice in my area every day, but its because the subjects usually do drugs and crime and never ever work or study. PT1

@dalolman i have and we do everyday, u know wat, u need to tell the muslims and jews too take a leaf out of our book and the indian haters down in Vic, aboriginal's have moved past blowing up things and ppl, and all we ask for justice and equal rights, now that isn't too much to ask for is it????
