Creating a well workplace begins with you. And TEAMfit was here today to kick off the 2010 Wellness Programs first campaign, Plant the Seeds, at the combined all-staff meeting. The dynamic TEAMfit crew, an exciting motivational nutrition-and-fitness group, was on hand to get staff motivated to participate in a wide array of quick 30-minute sessions during the six-week campaign.
