Final ball (strike) of my second Dutch 200 bowled in certified/sanctioned play. Monday, January 23, 2012, Olympic Lanes, Menands, NY. Rensselaer County Men league (USBC certified); game rolled by the league secretary. Bowling nickname at Olympic is "Coach".

A score of 200 requires at least one double (two consecutive strikes) unless a Dutch 200 is bowled, alternating strikes and spares for an entire line.

Of note: Like my 1989 Dutch 200, I had to throw the final strike on the lane where I had failed to strike all game. In this tenth frame, I left a 4 on an honest attempt at a strike (which would have been a double, ending a bid for a Dutch, but bowling to help the team).

Another note: I am a single-step bowler due to a spastic neurological condition known as Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP).

With the exception of one converted 10-pin, every ball was thrown with a Brunswick C System 4.5, 15 pounds, recently acquired second hand. The 10-pin, left in the 8th frame, was converted with a Brunswick TZone, 15 pounds.

Spares left/converted in this game: Solid 8, 4, 2-8, 10, 4.
