  • I have just started "Thin in 30" with THE FIRM. I have 50 more pounds to lose and have always loved The Firm workouts. This workout is fun but challenging and is just what I need. I turn 30 this year and want to meet my half way point or goal by then. I will check in with status as I go along. I know I can do it.
