  • Brilliant - so does this stretch the gastrocnemius sufficiently as the 'common' calf stretch? I assume we should do both but make sure to incorporate ankle mobility exercises frequently. :)

  • @SuperPTTS Yeah probably best to do both - for the calf mobilizing the ankle is probably more important I'd say than stretching the calf pre-run
