I have to strongly disagree with Larry David on his theory. I know a lot of my guy friends who have girls that men in general would chop off and sell their left testicle for. They're getting laid every other night but are always complaining about how annoying they are to them. As for my single friends, they are completely satisfied not with not getting any and being broke ass college students. Happiness comes with the smallest things in life and it doesn't have to be from a job or having a cush

@sarevor I don't think Larry David is describing the cause of happiness, but rather, these are prerequisites. Without these things, you simply will not be able to attain happiness. With these luxuries, you pave the road to discovering happiness.

Michael Jackson had a great place to live. Loved the job he had. Probably didn't have much sex but we all know he could have had a lot of it. Even with all that, he troubled so obviously happiness comes from something else.

Having a happy family helps. There are many asexual's who are very happy. People in Africa who live in huts are very happy. Probably because people over there have a better understanding of what is needed of them then in a world that creates existential crisis. Happiness is also internal.
