@iamgreyhound My pleasure !
The ART120 is a nice guitar :) Powerful and quite versatile sound, also stays in tune very well and comfortable to play ! Definitely go with it if you can ;D

Hey thanks for the reply mate!
How about the Ibanez ART120 then?

@iamgreyhound Better than any lowest Ibanez GIO guitar (GRG170, GAX30, GSA60; GRGA42T...). But any higher Ibanez model (RGR321, S470, ARZ...)
The AV3 is still a good guitar, but nothing compared to any mid-range Ibanez guitar.

SG maybe?

@iamgreyhound There are two brands that I cherish to play metal. ESP (I have the Horizon FRII) and Ibanez (my RG2550 and RG350), also I use a Jackson RR5 but the two previous I told you are the best in my opinion. Ibanez made -a long time ago- SG guitars, in the 70's mainly. So I would recommend you an ESP-LTD, either the Viper 100 on which you can upgrade pickups, or (and this is better) a good second-hand Viper 300 guitar. Send me a PM, we can talk about it much easier :)

I've Saved enough for The AV6. Good choice against heavy ibanezs?

@iamgreyhound There isn't much difference except esthetics and slightly different controls between the different AV guitars, and overall the Greg Bennett guitars in their series. The AV6 doesn't worth its price in comparison to its "little sisters" AV1, AV2, etc. Overall, a little mid-range Ibanez will kick any Greg Bennett guitar's ass ! More versatility, playability, and a lifetime guitar. I would recommend you a good Ibanez guitar. These GB guitars are for occasionnal player.
