This is all true ... I have been a Vodafone customer since 2004. I heard all the kerfuffle about the network after it was upgraded to so-called 3G the year before last, but as I was overseas (roaming on other networks) it didn't affect me, and I didn't think it could be all that bad. It IS all that bad. When I got back to Australia I noticed that even in areas of Paramatta, the so called 2nd CBD of Sydney, I don't get calls!! Next contract will be with Telstra, who I hate with a passion!
