Lower Brockhampton is a medieval moated manor house on the Herefordshire/Worcestershire borders which boasts a rare surviving 15th century timber framed gatehouses which bridges the waters of the moat. It is now owned by the national trust, who runs the property under the name Brockhampton Estate.

What a beautiful old house, I love those old buildings, so evocative of a bygone age, full of character and history,( if walls could speak, etc!) as a Carpenter, I have occasionally had the luck to work on Restoration Projects, just to work on those buildings is a privilege and a pleasure.keep up the good work!

I've enjoyed all the videos on here of yours that I've clicked on, especially the Winchester City Mill; the beam engines; Tintern Railway Station; bread stones; Caerpillary castle,:What Have The Romans Ever Done for Us; and this one. Look forward to viewing more of your videos. I dig especially anything ancient or antique mechanical or architectural. Great job! Thanks, British by ancestry/American by Birth and Choice.
