Ellsworth - Isaiah Albert has always liked animals and finding ways to help them. So when it came time to plan and oversee a community service project to earn his Eagle Scout rank, it only made sense that animals would be involved. Albert drafted an ambitious plan to raise $25,000, a figure that includes donated materials and labor as well as cash, to erect a quarantine building at the sanctuary and make other upgrades to the facilities.
