Now, if you haven't seen Paul Newman in Cool Hand Luke, it is the perfect rainy weekend movie. "What we got here is a failure to communicate...Some men you just can't reach. This song is for my friend, Adam. Performed in Open E by Keni Lee Burgess

  • @childofmine750 Thank you for your comment and question. On the Halloween video, I played a homemade cookie tin banjo that I no longer own. This Deering banjitar has great tone, but it is too heavy for me to sit with comfortably. I sold it too. See my Instruments for Sale Playlist. Today, I play a Bantar made by National / Dobro guitar inventor, John Dopera. Enjoy.

  • @KeniLeeBurgess Is that the one you used on the halloween videos? I would love to hear some more blues on the bantar. There is just something about a banjo and the blues. "Can't be Satisfied" is one of my favorites of yours.

  • @KeniLeeBurgess Cheers mate.

  • @mollers92 Thank you for your comment and question. I am in Open E Tuning. EBEg#be I sold this banjitar because I found it too heavy to sit and play. I now play a vintage bantar made by John Dopera. Enjoy.

  • @KeniLeeBurgess Hey, great playing. What tuning did you have this in? Pity you say you had to sell it.

  • @BluesDfender Thank you for your comment. I had to sell this banjitar. Although, it had fantastic tone, it was way too heavy to sit with for an extended period of time. It was even heavier than my National Steel guitar. I now own a vintage Bantar built by John Dopera; the inventor of the National resonator guitar.
