@pinup60 A power chord is a partial chord with a few low notes, as opposed to a full chord with all of the notes being played. So power chords have no variation. They can't be minor, seventh, minor/major seventh chords, etc. A great example of power chords is on Green Day's song, "Brain Sew". Notice the beginning chords consist of a few low notes that sound grungy, & aren't full 6 note bar chords.

@boomer3505 i prefer this version, I like the smoothness in his voice (i'm not sure if this word really exists kkkkk), but I'm a big fan of his voice, I find it more emotional than Dylan's, in fact.. But even though we have pratically opposite opinions I think u gave arguments in ur critique, I like that! I just dont understand what 'power chords' is (english is not my native language). Could u give an example in the song?
