Leisurely trot taking friends through Gilford village happens to pass the High School fire drill. We stop for rest at local Saltmarsh Pond, then we are passed on street by a noisy dump truck but the horses are cool!

These brothers' usual job is pulling a carriage together and trail riding. They were born and bred in Gilford, NH and grew up right beside a busy road, so typical traffic doesn't bother them. More about raising and training these young perch-arab horses since their birth, natural backyard barefoot horsekeeping, carriage driving, horseback riding, life in New Hampshire, and pets -- at petArtistWIthPeaches natural horse blog.
