  • its harder to do it like andy, i can do 28 like Andy's left foot in the middle and right one moves and i can do 32 like Justin. By the way I'm 15.

  • whenever he goes from side to side you should make him cross step each time, it promotes good footwork on volleys and such

  • I have tried many times I can not reach 30 times(just around 23-28) in 30 seconds.

  • @mitko1fed the coach is using Murray's conditioning drill with his student. What do you think they're comparing, their muscle mass, or the drill?

  • hold on there...first, look how much bigger and massive murray is, and that kid is 100 pounds why are they comparing it to some tiny kid lol.

  • Murray is keeping his left foot in the middle and stepping with his right foot towards each target. Justin is shuffling sideways to each line, always leading with his outside foot. When I've done this drill, I always did it the way Justin was doing it. Is one way better or more correct than the other? PS I dropped a 33 in 30 seconds on this =)
