Children of Illegal immigrants. If the Children of Illegal immigrants are born in the US, they're LEGAL American citizens BY LAW. Which, incidentally, is what he was talking about, and what the student aid was going to.
So who's the idiot here: the guy who has his facts confused (you) or the guy who has them in order (Mike Huckabee)?
Now we can argue all day whether or not children of illegals born in the States should be citizens or not, but that's the law at hand.

If we enforce the law, there is no reason to expect a child of an illegal alien to go to the public schools. How does one register for school. My kids had to have a birth certificate and proof of immunizations before they got to start school.
Granted, the Federal government should enforce the laws but are there no state laws that require legal citizenship?
