It was a old house that was renovated about 2 years ago. The father that went back in and saved his daughter ended up ok. Fire was said to be started by one of the vehicles in the driveway.. family was having a party in the house when they herd popping sounds they went to see what it was (ended up being car tires exploding) and the garage was fully involved. all 10+ people got out of house without injury and were all checked out by WEFAS EMS-Rescue on scene and released. (no hospital trans.)

Hey Robert- question. That looks like a legacy house rather than new cheap construction but of course I can't tell from just the video. Do you know? How is the victim doing?
It's surprising to see such a beautiful well cared for home struck down by fire. Guess I've just looked at too many tenement fires.
