We serve ours cold as a milkshake but it's still laced with cherry brandy... perfect with a few brandy snaps for the added crunch!

    I see that most eggnog recipes are used with vanilla bean's and not vanilla extract?

    Vanilla seeds give the eggnog a nice speckled aesthetic, but good quality vanilla extract would give the same flavour (and some even have specks in them too)!
