We all need days for rest and during this challenge, the hope is that you will take intentional days of rest to go out into nature to reflect on your process so far. Nicole recommends spending intentional time in nature simply to do some gentle movement and to take stock of where you have come so far and to gain some grounding for where you may still need to go. Nature is a great healer and an important way to get away from all the stresses of life.
