1969 Davis Cup: Great Britain vs Rumania (singles)

Rumania defeated Great Britain 3-2 in 1969 Davis Cup play. Ion Tiriac won the opening singles match against Mark Cox 6-4 6-4 6-3 and Graham Stilwell evened the score by beating Ilie Nastase 6-4 4-6 6-1 6-2. In the doubles match, Tiriac-Nastase beat Cox-Stilwell 10-8 3-6 6-3 6-4. In this clip, Stilwell evens the tie by beating Tiriac 6-3 6-2 6-4. Nastase then wins the deciding match over Cox, 3-6 6-1 6-4 6-4. This match was played on Wimbledon's Court One in mid-August, 1969.
