Part 2 of the video.
The remains of Wet Earth Colliery are at Clifton near Manchester in the City of Salford.
In the 1990's a group of local mining enthusiasts began to explore what was left of Wet Earth.
This video has been placed on YouTube as a historical record of the FIRST exploration of one of the major tunnels by Mark Wright and Alan Davies. The video is totally "as taken" and is uncut and TOTALLY unedited. Thanks to Mark Wright for permission to share this video.
The Colliery remains are located within the "Clifton Country Park" but all tunnels are now TOTALLY closed to EVERYONE - even the original explorers!
