This is Track 1 from Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey "My Name Is Chance." I know this soundtrack is really rare and I thought since I found a copy I would share this long lost musical gem. I do not own this music, I did not create it. All rights belong to Bruce Broughton and Disney. Enjoy.

Yearh.. The music of Homeward Bound The Incredible Journey is for sure heart warming music. It's really sad that you can't buy the CD anywhere anymore. =/ But really nice of you to upload it for us ^^

It is sad that you can't buy it anymore, I've seen a few for sale but they were all at least $50, I even saw a few trying to get $75.

@Elorian1 I could only find two available on amazon.co.uk and amazon.ca for either 52-48 UK pounds or $99-$108 CAD!!!! I couldn't believe they'd charge that much for a CD, I mean I have been looking for this soundtrack since I was a little girl but I'm not paying that!! :(
