These State officials are DUTY BOUND to support not only their Constitution but to protect the people of their state from unconstitutional Federal infringement.

Also when the vote comes to the floor, our good reps can discuss the fact that it was NOT UNANIMOUS on the committee recommendation.

Wait, when it comes to the FLOOR vote our good reps can vote NO to ITL and send it back for reconsideration.
