Cool, creamy, and slightly sweetened, with just the right amount of zing to give it a Southwestern flair.
Ingredients
1/2 cup chunky salsa, chilled
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
3/4 cup fat-free red French salad dressing, chilled
1 (16-ounce) bag pre-cut coleslaw mix
Instructions
In a large salad bowl, stir together the coleslaw, French dressing, salsa, and sour cream, until well mixed. Serve chilled
