That car is a 98-02 Mercury Grand Marquis LS. All cars sold in America must have dual air-bags since 8-1-97. 90% of cars sold in America, not counting trucks/SUV's/Vans had dual air bags as early as 1994.
No doubt that the air-bags in this car were deactivated for purposes of this commercial, but the dummies really didn't hit crazy hard. They should have increased the cars speed to 60mph or so to get a better graphic.

fuck you.
-
so does the weed make the car high too because it forgot to deploy the airbag. lol

This is funny:
36% of Americans admit to smoking marijuana within the last month.
33% of reckless drivers tested positive...
Methinks something's afoul with this here communication...

best car ever made
-
but drinking and driving?
-
OH please, please who drive Mercury Grand Marquis do not smoke pot! I drive one and I do not. And every driver of one I see on the rode is well past pot-smoker age. Pot smoker's drive Hondas and Toyotas and Nissans.

Marijuana does not cause car accidents. Or deaths. Or recklessness. Or cancer. It's not toxic. Cell phone calls, "texting" (TYPING WHILE DRIVING... WTFingF?!) alcohol, cocaine, cigarettes and methamphetamines cause more crashes many times over.
-
so you are telling me marijuana can make a crash test dummy come to life?!
Another reason to love weed :)
It was a Grand Marquis...same thing as the Crown Vic. And yes, they do have airbags, but they don't deploy when you're high. Didn't you know?
