Mate. I would suggest you take a more professional approach to your training. You're obviously keen, but the fact I have seen vids of bad technique, no coaching, a spotter wearing JEANS... get yourself to a proper S&C facility and get some proper motivational coaching and education. It will do you a world of good I can promise you! Peace out :)

You should take a look at wetside powerlifting bench press technique. Your scapular retraction is bad and you will hurt your shoulders and not improve your 1 RM with that technic.
