OTZMA is a 10-month service-based, leadership development program offering Jewish young adults, ages 20-26, the opportunity to create their own service experience in Israel. Participants spend three months learning Hebrew, three months volunteering in small communities based on their interests and the needs of the communities, and three months participating in a customized internship or kibbutz volunteer experience. OTZMA participants will develop leadership qualities, explore their Jewish identity, travel the country, and gain a deep understanding of Israel.
