I know this may sound incredibly stupid but is the refrain and chorus the same thing? D: [By chorus I mean 'Seifuku ga jama wo suru...etc]

Basically i was wondering if the gray coloured font [In the lyrics] meant EVERYONE unless specified.

ie. [Ma/Os/Na] nee dou suru no?

motto jiyuu ni aisaretai no

dokoka e tsurete itte

shiranai sekai no mukou...

For that part does that mean only [Ma/na/os] sing the chorus?
