This new YouTube promotion stuff is great, however, stick to what works. Seriously. There have been time-tested ways of promoting comedy shows that you shouldn't give up on. Stick to the fundamentals.
If you need to fill up a show... go to downtown naperville with a friend or two.. pull down your pants.. ask a random person that is staring at your junk to say a word (any word).. have your friends beatbox for your and freestyle rap based on that word. Pass out flyer.
