In Uzbekistan corruption starts right from the top. You can bribe anyone! Every authority has it's price. But what I find funny is almost every authority is afraid higher priveliged authority, even though, they are not that different from each other.
Government accuses and sends to jail activists, protestants, opposition, etc. They get rid of everyone who stands on their way.
People are afraid to go out and protest. Examples of what might happen you can find by googling "Andijan 2005"

goddamn english government! Till 18th century they wanted occupy the whole territory of Central Asia. But they failed , the russians invaded it before. Their favourite slogan is:" DIVIDE AND RULE", now we can say "divide and occupy".They divided the people of Great Ottomane Empire and then have occupied Palestine, Iraq, Jordan, etc. English, American, Israeli services are trying to organise civil wars, to destabillise states , make them vulnerable in order to establish the one world government
