Does the Linux.iso file come with Wubi or Ubuntu? Or do we have to download it separately?

if you already have the iso of ubuntu downloaded burn it to a disc and insert that disc and run umenu and install inside windows if not do as shown here.

Hey thanks for the reply, but I already had it up and running like couple hours after posting that comment =D
You don't just burn it either, you gotta make sure you burn it as an Image. There are a few free downloads of Iso image burning software around (Infrarecorder, Imgburn, Isoburner etc)
I had one small problem with Infrarecorder though. I think you can't use a disc with alot of memory (I failed on a 4gb disc, So I uninstalled and burnt it on Isoburner and then searche as to why I couldn't

I don't believe you have to install either, you still have control of your machine while operating on Ubuntu CD =) (My wallpaper is "living" proof =P)
The way I got it working was a lot different to what this videos tell you to do, I was even prepared to show potential future Ubuntu users alternatives on a video =P

KN0MADD - There are a number of different ways you can run Linux.
a) Install it on it's own partition.
b) Install it through a program medium such as Wubi.
c) Run it from a live disk (which is what I think you're doing).

Theres nothing wrong with any of these methods; but a LIVECD is much slower.

The benefit of installing Wubi, is that linux ACTS just like another program installed on your PC, so you can uninstall it from add/remove programs as you wish & theres no harm done to the bootloader.

Still it's all about what works for you at the end of the day, and what you need from Linux.

If you want to be able to install programs and run at peak performance, run ubuntu from a HDD. Just to mess about with Linux, a LiveCD is great.

Also you're right, I probably should have mentioned in the video that you need to obtain a LiveCD (or at least the .iso file) before you attempt to install Wubi. It will download one itself if you dont, but that takes a while.

Cool stuff. Now, can you show us how to post screencasts made on Linux to Youtube?

I'm not actually a big fan of Linux. I can use it, so it's not a technological barrier that I face, but I just don't see the purpose when I have a Windows Vista.

It's like needlessly amputating one of your hands.. You could, but why would you if you don't have to?

Still I use it for a backup purpose, so that I can "hopefully" still access my files if a worst case scenario happens.
