  • All the animals shown are my pets. You've obviously never had the oppertunity to get to know a snake. They are indeed companions that express their personalities and reciprocates emotions shown toward them. All of my snakes are different, and all of them are wonderful, life-enriching friends.

  • Fck this crap, its very okay to luv domestic animals(as @Jeox143 said they cause alot of trouble),but not okay to luv amphibians, reptiles, arachnids etc(exotics in general),bcuz many idiots of dis shitty population hav been brainwashed thinking tht all snakes and spiders are evil, fck you! PS. my msg dos not mean i hate all domestics i luv my pup, hammy, birds and my tortoise.

  • i cant live wihtout my tortoise and turtles. if someone would take them for me because of the government or whatever id be ruined

  • @MrKevMan They're actually the best of both worlds. Not as much cleaning as a dog, they don't roam all over the house, and with a little landscaping, you can make a knockout enclosure. Dogs scratch their heinies, drool everywhere, shed on your carpet, and bite.

  • @VikingNinjitsu Evolution is unprovable and a fairy tale.

  • hopefully congress/the senate does the right thing and terminates this bill before it gets anywhere near passage.......one can also hope the "pet industry" will use its lobbying heft to stomp this abomination of a proposal into the ground also.

  • think about those tigers and lions going extinct because we wouldn't be able to captive breed and release them

    but fuck the circus ppl

  • Kill the Bill

  • Call your Congress person and tell them: HR 669 needs better wording to protect the owners of non-dangerous exotic pets and to protect animal rescue and animal adoption rights. If the same threat existed for owners of Fluffy and Fido, you would have public uproar!

It's just a matter of ignorance on the part of uniformed people.

  • I have 2 Degus (native to Chile) and a hamster, and Angelfish, fruit loop tetra, Zebra Danio and 2 tiger barbs. I also have a cat named Oliver. I love all my pets dearly, but i have one thing to say.

Think about all of the Tigers, Lions and exotic pets that get miss-treated in the Circus, private breeding facilities, private petting zoos and much more situations like this are happening. It's a bit selfish to say oh this is bad i cant keep fish when other animals are suffering in cages.

  • fuck hr669
