Annie Summon: Tibbers double damage bug

This video is irrefutable proof to the thick headed members of the LoL community that Annie's ult bugged and hit me for twice the intended amount. No, I'm not saying Annie is OP. I'm just saying the bug, that causes an already powerful skill to do double damage, is OP, and needs to be fixed asap.

Even with 1000 AP Annie wouldn't deal 1400 damage with tibbers.. This is a bug..

Her ratio on tibbers is 0.8 and the base damage in level 3 is 450.

With 30 MR (standard) you'll reduce the damage with 23% so a total of 1722 damage would be needed to deal the 1400 damage on anivia.

For that to be possible Annie would need a total of ~1600 AP I would like anyone to reach that amount of AP..

So people who says it's fake stop lying will you..

maybe it's a bug, maybe not. You didn't show annie's items. or her ap. or her kills. I see it's on lategame so we can say she has atleast 600ap. in that case, that dmg is perfectly legit, you have no magic resist item.

@anshkansara There are still several double casting bugs in game and riot is taking their sweet time fixing them thinking that it's because those champions with double casts needs nerfing instead of debugging.

Also there are programs where it allows you max out your ping in-game to enable double casting if you want to report players who purposely abuse the double casting bugs on champions such as jax or gragas, etc.
