VERY Slow Windows Vista Boot

8GB 800Mhz RAM
GTX260 896MB
2x 320GB Hard Drives in RAID 0 + 2TB Hard Disk
Windows 7 Ultimate x64 which is a lot faster
MAC OSX Leopard 10.5.8.

This is my main computer starting up with Vista Ultimate 64, it takes far longer than normal.

It's probably because of the memory.

I have Windows Developer Preview,which is always booting up in different speeds.I also have Windows vista Home Premium,which sometimes boots up kinda slow.

I was glad when I got rid of Windows Vista and got Windows 7 instead. I heard Windows Vista had to many viruses and I believe it was a test as well.
