How is it going??? I've used Herbal Life and think its an amazing product. I was strict to the plan and lost 2.5 stones in 3 months. Hope your finding you are getting more energy and feeling better.

Hi Nicky...it's great to see you again. I agree with Ryan...your home gym looks great and sounds like you have a good plan. I'm re-starting my own weight loss journey again too...I bounce so much on my weight and keep hoping I'll finally figure out how to NOT fly off the handle and stress eat! For now things for me are good...should be uploading a video soon myself. Wishing you the best of luck bc I know you can do it! I'll be watching!
