First impressions are very important in real estate. I have compiled a brief video of properties I have sold over the years which were originally listed by other Realtors...maybe their bad photos were the reason they could not sell the listing. As a seller you need to take a moment or two to review what your agent is doing to market your property. This pictures all came off of the MLS and were the pictures used to show prospective buyers what the home had to offer...I had a very hard time keeping this video short as there is NO shortage of bad pictures out there!
