  • I didn't know this way of doing.

The finger grabbing works very well especially for people who use computers very often because they have more power in fingers/hands ( young generation for example ).

You can also hit the attacker's fingers with the hardest part of the fist, that works well.

you also can move your ass from left to right and hit with the fist at the first part, and finish with a rear kick that's how I do but maybe the way you show is better. I'm not a professional like you !!

  • @MrLoganCale first I want to thank you for all of your comments. You seem to be someone who takes this subject seriously. As for this tech. I try to make videos that have a unique comnination of simple to remember in a crisis, and very effective in reality. This was the bear hug method that I felt had that combination. There are other tech's that are effective as well, but if they are complicated or require athletecism, They would be difficult to learn from a video

  • The hipcheck is interesting. But She should learn to drop her weight. This would also nullify getting picked up, from there, a hammer fist to the groin etc.

  • Thank you so much .. Your videos are really great and helpfull =]

  • you should make a video how to defent in a car =/ i really want to learn how to kick ass...lot's of pervs annoy me =/ seriously...

  • @DarkMagician70 I understand.Simple, effective, it works : it's good =)

That's not an easy exercise to teach people through the internet. I try to improve my tech by watching videos and train alone (as noone practices where I live now :( ), but that's not easy to train alone.

Anyway, thank you very much for all your video(they are all really useful), and for your answer.

    Best regards from europe,

    Logan

  • good job
