    Actually it is going to reduce the time you spend getting quality sleep, may work well as a short term solution but if you rely on melatonin to much: A) you'll develop a dependancy for it B) you will be getting less quality sleep. Ps. just because your body makes something doesn't mean its good. Your body makes endorphins similar to opiates, doesn't mean we should all take heroine. Expert Village is a sad excuse for a doctor

    Melatonin is a natural hormone already in the body it wont stun your growth xD

    Pretty much all legal and illegal drugs will though...

  • @TheSixthSon1111 You only had a vivid nightmare is either you done something bad or you watch or played something bad :). I always watch something happy or p*rn and I have wet vivid dreams :P!
